This lesson does a great job getting students excited about learning the material. There are many different teaching strategies used in this lesson. I love that you use rollercoasters as an example, kids love them. This really helps make this concept connected to the real world.

What a great lesson plan that relates to things students experience in the real world. I thought this lesson did a wonderful job incorporating different ways of presenting and interacting with the material such as video, demonstrations, group word, simulations, and all with the integration of technology. All cool ending to this unit or lesson could be a field trip to an amusement park to see these concepts in action.
