A collaboration between composers, performers and theologians, primarily associated with the University of St. Andrews. Sir James MacMillan is the heavy hitter here, but I also recognized composer Paul Mealor. Very well done; would consider collecting this if it were only a print book, but grateful to save money and space. As course material, it's pretty specialized, but would be useful in any kind of sacred music seminar.
