This case examines a program that has taken place in six African countries, many in post-conflict such as Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Rwanda, Senegal and South Africa. Its aim is to contribute to the transformation of African women´s businesses in consolidated companies, creating jobs and economic benefits in their communities.  The case will focus on three examples of high added value and services produced by African firms up and run by women. The value of this multimedia case lies in the videos and interviews with both mentors and entrepreneurs as well as interviews with members of the community.
