These include financial barriers-the fact that in most couontries in the world the bulk of thhe cost of care is "out-of-pocket, and that because in the low and middle income countries there is a pucity of specialists and cancer centers, patients and their families must travel large distances to reach specialist help, In soome countries there are no cancer centers and non radiation facilities.
