This is a marvelous and very approachable resource for audiences of almost any age. The speaker provides insights into how to interpret the music being heard, as well as how the music actually works. He also describes the ways in which music in interpreted changes as we mature as players and listeners. The video draws the viewer into the experience of consciously listening to classical music that it feels as though one has been transported into the room with the presenter. This would be a terrific initial video for a college level music appreciation course, and could be used as the jumping off point for a project based on the method with a piece of a student's choice.
