This assignment has been used in a course called Challenges in 21st Century Leadership, students are asked to be a discussion leader for one topic over the semester. Topic choices include (but are not limited to): Race, Age, Sexual Orientation, Gender, Ability, and Social Class. Using the rquired format, leaders post prior to the start of the discussion topic (topics typically have about a week window for completion). Students then answer the discussion leaders and also reply to others in the class.
