The book is comprehensive. There is no glossary. Text is error-free and unbiased. Content is up-to-date. There are sections on email and other digital communication. There are no references to specific software or websites that could go out of date or style soon. The writing is clear and understandable. I did not see any “gobbledygook” or overly academic writing. It shouldn’t pose a problem for students. The text is internally consistent with no continuity problems with terminology and framework. The text is completely modular and not overly self-referential. The information contained is chunked, although there are places where more sub-headings would be good. There is a module on intercultural communication. I didn’t notice any insensitive examples.
