It was really therapeutic to work on this resource over the past month. I’m really tired of people not respecting my name. I thought I’d create a shareable resource so that it can help people and empower.I did many hours of research for this. I called up friends of various ethnicities to ask about their experiences with their name. I made revisions after receiving valuable feedback.Furthermore, I read and researched and found links to a disturbing colonial past.
