With this present educational material, we hope that you be able to recognizecomorbidities associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and the differentialdiagnoses on the moment of evaluation. It will be possible to identify more than 40 genetic syndromes associated with ASD, as such: fragile X syndrome, Angelman and Williams syndromes, neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis and others. Furthermore, this present educational material is about the differential diagnoses, in the ASD context, are as important as the comorbidities identification, fulfilling a fundamental role on thedefinition of the therapeutic process.
