This activity was created with the aim to foster the study of other countries and their way of living.

Developing intercultural skills, as well as skills in learning, reading, writing, listening, collaborating, using ICTs. 

Gaining knowledge of the history and geography facts of the county (population, maps and flags, etc.) of one the following countries: Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria (or others).

Acquiring new vocabulary, verbs, and grammar by reading articles, media, web pages.

A kahoot questionnaire is used to self- evaluate the knowledge gained by the students

The teacher will also monitor and evaluate other aspects, including:

Collaboration, communication, methods that they use, participation to the activity.

This activity is for Lower Secondary School students (age 14-15)

Most of our children are native Bulgarians

• Students with cultural differences will be accepted by others and they will become more tolerant towards others;
• Students with difficulties according to the language will develop their listening and reading skills in Bulgarian language.

Inclusion asset

• Students learn more about the culture of other countries. They understand better and are tolerant of differences between people;
• Division of small groups make students participate in the whole process.
