Upon successful completion of this lesson, students will be able to discuss issues related to OD values. All OD practitioners (internal or external) will find themselves in many difficult situations and even face difficult ethical dilemmas on a regular basis. In this module, you will be introduced to three main ethical perspectives/frameworks in decision making and be pushed to consider common OD values and how they connect with your own driving personal and professional values. You will also be introduced to the idea of helping to enhance an organization's capacity for meaningful and sustainable change.
