The purpose of this assignment is to allow Old Dominion University (ODU) nursing students to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired over 6 weeks during their Adult Health II clinical rotations. This study will demonstrate the student's understanding of nursing diagnoses as well as the interventions and nursing care applied to aid the patient in their recovery. This study will contain knowledge learned at the clinical site as well as the lecture by integrating elements of nursing research, theory, and assessment
