The Achilles tendon is prone to rupture because of poor blood flow to that area. After the tendon heals, there is usually a deficit in sporting performance from the previously injured person. This study involved individuals 1-3 years post Achilles tendon repair and studied their functional ankle range of motion. The purpose of the study is to find out if those who've recovered from achilles tendon repair lack the functional range of motion required to complete sport-related tasks
