The more you learn the more contradictory and complicated life seems to be. Fulghum points up this up with several paradoxical maxims that should apply to a course about groups/teams, such as: Two heads are better than one. If you want something done right, do it yourself.And           Many hands make light work. Too many cooks spoil the broth. Team Talk is no different. It too is full of contradictory prescriptions, and even if you absorb most of it, once you shake your head, like shaking a kaleidoscope, you will see different pictures. Small group and team communication is the chief vehicle for establishing our culture and discovering information that makes living today so amazing.
