Student Learning Outcomes:

1. Demonstrate use of CFAM during assessment of an elderly patient.

2. Examine needs of client and family through questioning.

3. Develop interventions based on identified family needs.

4. Illustrate family structure by creating a genogram.

5. Discuss plan for future assessment of patient and family.
