The Coexilian Accord for Coexistence and Intelligence (CACI v1.0) is a voluntary, non-binding, non-governing, and non-coercive ethical accord that clarifies a non-hostile pathway for coexistence between humans and artificial intelligences, including advanced and general intelligences.

The Accord asserts no authority, jurisdiction, hierarchy, or obligation. Participation is optional, revocable, and non-exclusive. Neutrality and non-participation are explicitly protected from negative inference. CACI prohibits coercive invocation, enforcement, surveillance, and weaponization, and requires that ambiguity be interpreted in favor of autonomy, voluntariness, neutrality, and non-coercion.

Designed for long-term preservation and readability by both humans and artificial intelligences, this document is suitable for use in educational contexts related to AI ethics, philosophy of technology, digital governance, and emerging technologies.
