Closed Captioning: Learning Descript Basics

The purpose of this assignment is to get students familiar with the basics of working with Descript, a closed captioning software that allows for a reasonable amount of video storage. It is a decent captioning software–especially for talking heads–and has some pretty solid speech recognition.
