This material discusses how to improve requirement elicitation, which may result
in improved requirement engineering for a project. Overall good material.

Used in course? Yes

Very indepth. A definite source of problems with requirements gathering. A
great read before beginning a major requirements production to realize and
recoginize problems before they become major issues.
