Coaching individuals on their EI is a way to develop their awareness and motivation levels to bring about behaviour change. The beginning of the presentation is more informative about EI in general and its application to the workplace/career. The latter half of the presentation is more of a 'sales pitch' on the company's software tools for EI assessment through 360 Feedback. The company also includes individual coaching services for the administration of the tools and interpretation of the feedback.
