FluidProps provides free, browser-based fluid property calculators and steam tables for engineering students and practicing engineers. It covers thermodynamic and transport properties (density, enthalpy, entropy, viscosity, thermal conductivity, etc.) for water/steam and a range of common fluids and refrigerants.

All property calculations are powered by CoolProp, an open-source thermophysical property library, and the underlying methods and data sources are documented on the site's methodology page: https://fluidprops.com/methodology

The tool is useful for thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics coursework, replacing manual interpolation from printed steam tables. No registration or payment is required.
