HVACLogic ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 241-2023 Simulation Workbench is an open-access digital laboratory and computational tool for mechanical engineering, building science, and public health education. It models the governing mathematics of Infection Risk Management Mode (IRMM), computing baseline Equivalent Clean Airflow demand across occupant density (ECA_p) and floor area (ECA_a) per ASHRAE 241 Table 5-1. The interactive engine calculates delivered clean airflow across multi-source mitigation vectors: outdoor ventilation air (V_ot), central recirculated air with MERV 8 to HEPA bioaerosol filtration capture efficiencies (η_filter), portable in-room air cleaners with room mixing adjustments (k_mix), and upper-room UV-C germicidal fluence. Computation runs 100% client-side in pure TypeScript with zero local installation, zero database dependencies, and complete open-access benchmark datasets.
