Material Detail

An AI draft is ready to send. What must a person check before it leaves the draft stage? This free teaching kit gives educators and professional teams a practical way to answer that question.

Participants use a worksheet to name the action being held, the reviewer, the evidence to check, the possible decisions, and the recovery step. The 30-minute facilitator plan uses a workshop-announcement example and practice cases involving conflicting information, missing approval, and changes made after review.

Version 1.0.2 includes a nine-page practitioner guide, a printable worksheet, facilitator notes, ten test cases in CSV and JSON, editable Markdown source, and citation information. An eight-minute introductory video is available on the resource page.

Start with the lesson or practitioner guide, then complete the worksheet and test the decision against the supplied cases. The kit is free to use and adapt under CC BY 4.0, with attribution. No email or account is required to obtain the materials.
