I find the ArtsEdge site remarkably useful for students in my Theatre Education course, most of whom are planning to be elementary teachers.  The site includes the standards for Arts Education, which can be sorted any number of ways, and lesson plans, with cross-referencing to the standards in the arts fields as well as other subject areas (math, science, etc.)  The lessons and workshops are very detailed, and provide both potential resources for future teachers to use "as is" and models for their own lesson development.
