Transparency International Website has a host of information that is indeed necessary for those who are engaging in international business.  It provides comprehensive researched materials on countries and their ethical...and sometimes non-ethical business practices.

I would recommend this site to business professionals as well as academic institutions who are teaching students about doing business in other countries.
