Material Detail
NetAnatomy
NetAnatomy is designed to teach human anatomy to students of the health professions, including undergraduate medical, health sciences, and nursing students. NetAnatomy also serves as a place to review anatomy after ones initial exposure to the subject, e.g. students beginning a clinical rotation, USMLE (National Board) preparation, etc. Content will be added to NetAnatomy over time. It currently contains both radiographic and cross sectional views of human anatomy. Cross section views allow students to zoom into clsoer views, have references to where that section lies in relation to other organs, and self tests. Radiographic sections provide descriptions, labels, and self tests, "We currently see no future point in time at which NetAnatomy will be considered complete". NetAnatomy is a continuously evolving website. Current development efforts are focused on Gross Anatomy.
