Material Detail

This program allows educators to borrow Meteorite samples and provides a teacher's guide with activities and a slide set to support lessons on the earliest history of the solar system and meteorite impacts on Earth. The lessons in the Teacher's Guide range in grade level from 5th to 12th grade. These educational materials may be borrowed as a package or the guide and/or slides are available separately. These products are available through Spacelink or JSC website. The teacher's guide can be downloaded from the Johnson Space Center outreach website, or is available as hard copy.
