Budgeting Basics the first video of the 10-part training series hosted by Mike Bailey, the City of Redmond, WA Finance Director and provided as a service by the Association of Washington Cities (AWC) to the cities of WA state in order to help elected officials learn the basics of budgeting for cities. (Time: 4:59 min.)  Budgeting as it applies to municipalities as opposed to businesses is discussed.  The video was first posted on You Tube in 2012.
