This article details the U.S. Army's mandatory program called Master Resilience Training. It includes a summary of the program itself, the intention of which is to provide cognitive tools for soldiers cope psychoemotionally with the intense circumstances of their profession. Additionally, it provides a background of the program, and states some of the evaluation that been done on its efficacy. It presents a positive picture of Master Resilience Training,  and is co-written by the creator of the program, Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania.
