iTriage Health is an application that allows one to search symptoms and potential causes of illnessess thereby allowing one to assume the appropritate route of treatment. It allows one to search for doctors locally,sort through diseases, conditions, medications, and procedures. It also provides you with the ability to find the nearest hospital, doctors office, pharmacy,mental health center and so on. The program updates you with potential wait times and provides emergency hotlines as needed. There is a section of the app that allows one to store doctors numbers , appoinment times, notes from the appointment, and you can also view your PHR through Microsoft Vault.
