Trust and Reputation in eCommerce
This video was recorded at 1st ACTIVE Summer School, Bled 2009. ACTIVE aims to increase the productivity of knowledge workers in a pro-active, contextualized, yet easy and unobtrusive way. The aim is to convert tacit and unshared knowledge – the "hidden intelligence" of enterprises – into transferable, interoperable and actionable knowledge to support seamless collaboration and to enable problem solving. A key aspect will be the support for informal procedural knowledge - the informal collaboration and problem-solving tasks that drive much knowledge work in the enterprise. This 3-day summer school is mainly targeted at students, scholars and researchers from industries being interested in recent developments, solutions and technologies from the areas of: Semantic technologies and content, Social software and Web 2.0, Adaptive and context-aware systems, Context mining, Knowledge filters, Stream mining, Process mining, Anomaly detection, Meta learning, Forecasting, Social network analysis.
