YouTube Video series developed at UMass Amherst by the Center for Hierachical Manufacturing and the Center for Eduactional Software Development. Topics include Nanomagetism (including a general introduction to magnetism with connections to nanotech applications) and a series in progress on Self Assembly. Format is live action combined with 3-d animation and voice-over. Humor and engaging presentations of scientific concepts make these videos appealing to a broad range of audiences and educational levels.
