Since November 2013, the Open Access Button has been giving voice to researchers who can't access what they need and helping them make progress with their research by finding free papers that can be found in research repositories, on author's websites, and many other places because they are archived. The students responsible for creating the Open Access Button use common search strategies such as Google Scholar and Core, but they go beyond these search strategies when a paper needed is not found by making connections with authors/researchers that created the paper, so hopefully a copy can be made available to all that need it for their research. The Open Access Button is licensed under a Creative Commons (CC-BY) 4,0 International Agreement.
