Moving Towards a Hybrid Online Master’s Program in Multilingual/ Multicultural Education

This project examines the use of hybrid online learning and multimedia tools as a pedagogical approach for developing a Master’s level bilingual and multilingual methods course on the graduate level. This project will serve as a pilot for potentially moving our traditional Multilingual/Multicultural Master’s degree to a hybrid or completely online format. The goal is to introduce Master’s students to multimedia tools such as Youtube, I-movie, online vocabulary building games, and e-texts as a way to support bilingual and multilingual students on the elementary level.
