Teachers' Domain presents this interactive lesson to walk students through the most important processes in manufacturing - quality analysis and control. The lesson, using flour as an example, is divided into five different tests to measure the quality of processed flour: Flour Quality, Dough Quality, Bread Test, Noodle Quality, and Cookie Quality. For each section, specific tests are presented to determine quality. On the site, visitors will also find a supplemental background essay, discussion questions, and standards alignment from Teachers' Domain.
