This site from the Goddard Space Flight Center presents hourly "'Near-Earth' solar wind magnetic field and plasma data, energetic proton fluxes (>1 to >60 MeV), and geomagnetic and solar activity indices." In addition to reading about the project and its scope, visitors can browse and retrieve data, access data via FTP, and access data contributing to OMNI. The site even gives a helpful set of instructions about how to cite data used from the OMNIweb project.
