A clear, well laid out website with sensible breakdowns to help specific users find the relevant information. All articles are peer reviewed by a well respected panel and the articles are readable although some context/language specific to Computer Science is used. It is worth nothing that many journals do not focus on Computer Science specifically but use Computer Science in their outcome, even though it is not the focus.
