This site provides the information on how to get accessibility tools, use these accessibility tools to customise the webcontent to suit your needs. I specially like the Virtual Classroom Project introduced in this site. It promotes the use of the internet in English language teaching by using the medium to create an environment that would help stimulate purposeful communication between language learners across the globe.

Technical Remarks:

The links and informations are easy to retrive.
