The Many Effects of Caffeine
This site is a quick yet excellent overview of the effects of caffeine.
It shows which foods and beverages contain the most caffeine and exactly how much they contain. It also discusses how it effects the human body (brain, blood, muscles, etc.) when it is injested and not ingested since a physical dependence can be developed. Throughout the site there all small facts, such as where coffee originated. Also there are several links to sites that discuss the effects of other chemicals on the body. This site is well organized and somewhat interactive as you can answer how many cups of coffee/soda you drink daily and it produces a chart with average caffeine intake for many different countries. It also has a worksheet to keep track of your own daily caffeine intake.
