The California State University provides the state legislators a report on the progress and benefits of its Integrated Technology Stategy (ITS). This report is the ninth annual report that describes the changes from baseline (1999-2000) on metrics associated with specific ITS initiatives in the following outcome categories: 1)Excellence in Teaching and Learning, 2)Quality of the Student Experience, 3) Personal Productivity, 4) Administrative Productivity and Quality.
