This Flash program outlines the fundamentals of online searching. Learners can practice their understanding of each concept through four activities, which involve keying in numbers, as well as selecting and dragging objects on the screen. The first activity concentrates on the Boolean operator, AND; the second and third activities deal with choosing keywords for a search; and the last activity combines these concepts with citation formats. After successfully completing each activity, learners can replay the section for review or continue forward.
