Characteristics of Venture Capital Firms and Investment Appraisals: Australian Evidence
This study examines the characteristics of the venture capital industry in Australia. Our analysis is based on responses by thirty-two venture capitalist firms to a comprehensive questionnaire conducted in 2001.
