This learning resource is a 6:22 minute YouTube video.  It provides an overview of nutrition facts label, and how it can be used to help guide purchasing decisions.  Introduces the Daily Values, and how they can be useful in product comparison.

Although it was developed for a nutrition course, it could be used by any pre-professional health discipline learning about nutrition.  It could also be used for healthcare consumer education.
