Interactive Whiteboards in the Classroom- an Open Educational Resource Course. The course is designed to appeal to just about anyone who uses an electronic whiteboard or Interactive Projector, including faculty, students and IT support staff. It is a self-paced course with optional exercises and assignments. Individuals enrolled can take the whole course or just utilize lessons of interest to them. The course topics and learning objectives can found on the Syllabus and Modules pages. Obviously, students enrolled in the course are strongly encouraged to use an interactive device when taking the course.

It is a work in progress- right now the primary focus is on SMART Boards and Interactive Projectors. I plan to expand and improve it over time with lessons on Epson Brightlink and SMART Lightraise interactive projectors. Please be aware that this technology is changing rapidly and all information may not be current at the time you access it.

As explained in the syllabus, the course is NOT an official Saint Michael's College course. It is an educational exercise provided by a long-time interactive whiteboard trainer.
