Effects of Nursing Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Retention Intention of Clinical Nurses
The study included 163 nurses working in three general hospitals located in B city. Data were collected by a survey using self-administrated questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS software. The participants expressed a moderate level of retention intention.
