This brochure analyzes the work of Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm. Through this organization's efforts, they reviewed the work of more than 800 members who are current and former Black CEOs, senior executives at Fortune 1000, and Global 500 companies, as well as entrepreneurs at top-tier firms and global thought leaders.  The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) provided support to gather the data to analyze this business leadership pipeline. The ELC empowers Black corporate leaders to make significant and impactful contributions in the global marketplace and their communities.
