This is an "Introduction to Competency-based Trainings" (CBTs). It is an Intermediate level, self-paced training, applicable to professionals from L&D, HR, or to anyone seeking knowledge on adopting the competency-based approach to their L&D function. The objective of this training is to impart knowledge on topics like competency, competency-model, competency-framework and CBTs. By the end of this training, you will develop an understanding of concepts like what is competency and its different types, what is a competency-model and its significance to an organization, what is a competency framework and its components, what are competency-based trainings, along with its differences from traditional trainings, and CBTs development overview. This training is ~30 mins duration, consists of short lessons, with built in animated recap elements, followed by MCQ based quizzes for knowledge check.
