High-throughput Sequencing

High-throughput sequencing methods are used to sequence and analyze large genomes. This animation will focus on one high-throughput technique that can produce 400 million or more base pairs of DNA sequences. Students can select the narrated link to view the animation with audio narration or students can choose the step-through option that allows one to view the animation through a series of steps. At the end of the animation, students will be able to take a five question quiz.
