A New Advocacy Path at Treehouse e-Case tells the story of an executive director’s decision to shift her organization’s advocacy strategy through alignment with a local education reform initiative. Students will explore the concepts of nonprofit leadership; why an organization may shift its advocacy strategy; and the opportunities and challenges associated with collective impact initiatives and funders’ collaboratives.
