This is an easy way to avoid the common occurrence of dehydration through an interactive and easy to follow app. The benefits of drinking more water are endless although they include: boosting your energy, lowering stress, building muscle tone, nourishing the skin, staying regular, and lowering the risk of kidney stones as stated by Aqualert. This is beneficial in healthcare because dehydration can often cause illness or at least contribute to it.
