This video was recorded at MIT World Series - The Arthur H. Schein Memorial Lecture and Exhibition Series. Rafael Viñoly and Frederic Schwartz led the THINK team, whose design was one of two finalists for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation's World Trade Center design competition. In this talk at MIT, Viñoly gives a candid and personal account of one of the most emotionally charged competitions in US history. He talks about winning and losing, down to the final moments of the competition.
